With Francis Cardenau as your host and the next generation by his side, you are invited into the kitchen for an informal and atmospheric evening where taste, storytelling, and craftsmanship go hand in hand.
The menu draws inspiration from Francis’ rich culinary career, blending classical cuisine with a modern focus on seasonal vegetables, Danish produce, and legumes. The evening begins with snacks and bubbles in the kitchen, followed by a 3-course dinner, wine from Paris90, homemade non-alcoholic beverages, and coffee or tea.
Dinner will be served in the barn – or outdoors under the open sky, weather permitting. Look forward to a rustic and intimate experience filled with delicious food and heartfelt stories.
