Stay overnight in tent, teepee, with hammock or in Pilgrim's living room at Garbolund

Stay overnight in a tent or teepee at Vinery Garbolund, which is located halfway on the Pilgrimage route Tisvildevejen, which stretches from Esrum Kloster to Tisvildeleje.

If you need a pit stop on your hike, you can get a unique overnight stay at the Vinyard Garbolund.

Here you can spend the night primitively in a tent, teepee or under a fixed roof in the hiking room, where camp beds have been set up. Maybe you need a break on your hike, or maybe you want to stay a little longer after a nice dinner and allow yourself to drink an extra glass of wine?

There are different types of accommodation to choose from

  • Tent in Sommerfuglestien, two tent sites with a campfire
  • The Little Tipi has two camp beds, with an extra bed
  • The pilgrimage room has four beds, with an extra bed
  • Pilgrimslunden, four hammocks

Tent in Sommerfuglestien, two tent sites with a campfire

Accommodation on the butterfly trail is a unique nature experience. The fields are sown with wildflower species. The tent with a campfire site is in the middle of Sommerfuglestien, right by the vineyards. You can cook your food over a campfire at the tent site if it is not too dry.

The Little Tipi has two camp beds, with an extra bed

Located in a perfect place on the farm, there is a small 2-4-person tipi tent. Two camp beds have been set up. There is room for four people if you take out the camp beds. There is always a bed. You do not need to bring a sleeping bag or similar. | See prices and book

The pilgrimage room has four beds, with and without an extra bed

The hiking room is in the courtyard, a small cosy living room with a brick floor and wood stove. In a beautiful shared bedroom, you will sleep primitively but comfortably on a camp bed. There are several sleeping places, on camp beds, a long table, and High School songbooks and board games. There is always a bed. You do not need to bring a sleeping bag or similar.| See prices and book

Pilgrimslunden, four hammocks

Stay overnight in your hammock in Pilgrimslunden. The hammock can also be rented. Pilgrimslunden is a small spruce forest between the cereal fields and the vineyard.  | See prices and book

Port Room - 2 sleeping places

The Port Room is a furnished space that can accommodate two people. As the name suggests, it is a room with a door leading to the beautiful area where the café, shop, and yellow wooden barn are located.

The Port Room resembles a primitive luxury shelter, like sleeping in a shelter, but it is comfortable and cosy with camp beds and mattresses. The room is nicely decorated, like a bedroom with a table and electricity access. The shared toilet and shower facilities are approximately 60 meters away. | See prices and book

Karlekammer, two sleeping places

The Karlek Chamber is a charming double room with two beds. It is right by the courtyard, where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful cobblestone pavement and the three other buildings. The Karlek Chamber is the authentic chamber where the farmhand at Garbolund used to live. In the café, you can purchase delicious food and drinks. | See prices and book
