Restaurant Knud presents a gastronomic experience featuring a menu that highlights local ingredients and creative flavour combinations.
The Menu – from Sea and Soil
- Starter: Blinis “Gigante” with roe, celery purée with pear cider, onions, and lobster oil.
- Intermediate Dish: Rye-fried Ling from the North Sea with carrots, blue mussels, and seaweed from Kikhavn.
- Main Course: Beef tenderloin wrapped in pork net, served with fermented cabbage, roots from Sølager, and a rich cream sauce with hops from Halsnæs Brewery.
- Dessert: Coupe Halsnæs – winter apples with coffee fudge, rum-raisin ice cream, and Hofte cream.
