Byaasgaard Nature Camping is situated in the heart of Halsnæs, between Hundested and Frederiksværk, offering the most beautiful view of Roskilde Fjord. Children can enjoy themselves on the jumping pillow, climbing frame, or swimming with their parents in the fjord. There's also a bathing bridge that takes you to a great spot for swimming.
Hillerød and Roskilde are only half an hour's drive away, and Copenhagen and Helsingør about an hour. Byaasgaard Nature Camping has it all, from cosiness to free hotspots.

Farm café and communal dinners
In Byaasgaard's Farm Café, the emphasis is on being a meeting place for cosy moments with friends and family, where people can relax and enjoy each other's company. Focus on simplicity and delicious dishes without too much fuss. With Byaasgaard as the backdrop for closeness, nature, and community, thoughts about local food and drinks rise to a higher level.
In addition, communal dinners are also arranged in collaboration with Spisekammer Halsnæs on the last Thursday of each month. The food is prepared by volunteers, and people gather at long tables to enjoy a lovely dinner together. The place's green everyday food for both children and adults is based on the season's local ingredients and offered at reasonable prices, always with a special focus on child-friendly dishes.
Fjord bathing bridge
The water quality in Roskilde Fjord is remarkably clean and clear, perfect for a refreshing swim or a day of crab fishing. In the middle of the bridge, you'll find a bathing platform with a slide, especially suitable for children. Depending on the tide, there's typically between 40-60 cm of water, so even the little ones can enjoy swimming here.
The bridge is ideal for fishing for crabs and shrimp. With a simple bamboo rod and line, there's a good chance of a good catch! If you need equipment, there are crab fishing rods in the farm shop.
